Will I be needing equipment for this position?

Yes, you will choose the job you want to work for, we will send you an email of equipment you'll need. Also, you can check out the equipment tab to purchase equipment if needed.

What type of companies do you work with?

We work with Fortune 500 companies such as Home Depot, Xfinity, Disney, Carnival, Segnet, Modivcare, Dick's Sporting Good, and more. Once you sign up, you'll be able to see what jobs are available.

Do you offer part time/full time positions?

Yes, you can work part and/or full time. You MUST work a minimum of 30 intervals weekly (15 hours minimum).

How long until I start earning money?

The admission process can take as little as 1 day! Once you're registered on the platform and pick Virtual Solutions LLC as your IBO, you will then pick your client and start a certification class! Classes typically take 4-6 weeks. Once your certification class is complete, you can start earning right away. A lot of companies offer PAID training which can start as soon as 2-4 weeks.

Do I have to pay any start up cost?

No, training is absolutely $0.00. YOU ONLY PAY FOR BACKGROUND CHECK WHICH IS $30.

What type of service will I be providing?

We offer a variety of clients to choose from. You would handle INBOUND calls or chat support! You will have the option to work in travel, billing, retail, sales, wellness and tech support. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them with the information they need.

Am I responsible for my own taxes?

As an independent agent no taxes are taken out of your pay. You will be responsible for your own taxes. A 1099 will be provided to those agents who have made at lease $600+ for the year. Agents are not eligible for unemployment, overtime or benefits.
